|IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Upcoming Business Online Banking Conversion |
Over the next few months, we will be working on upgrading our online banking platform which will bring new enhancements that are not available through the current system. In order to do this, it requires a conversion from our current business online banking provider to the new platform. We want to make this change as easy as we can for you, so we will need your help to make it a smooth transition.
Below are some items you will need for this conversion:
• If you use Bill Pay, this information will not transfer over during the conversion. Please be sure to write down the Biller information in order to re-enter this information on the new system.
• The account user permissions will not be converting to the new system. Keeping a record of your current user permissions will be helpful to refer to when adding user permissions on the new system.
• A new security feature of the upcoming upgrade will require your users to receive a phone call or text message to enter a security code. The default will be the phone number associated with the Company Administrator. If you would like to provide us with an alternate phone number for each of your users please contact our eBanking Department at 352-753-9515 Option 1.
The new Business eBanking system will be effective on April 16, 2018. Prior to this date, there will be a two week review period so that you can review your setup and make any necessary changes. Although this system change will have an impact on you, our customer, we have a team of dedicated employees in place who are committed to the efficiency of this transition.
